Psychotherapy Services
No problem is too trivial or extraordinary to be undertaken in therapy. Establishing a strong working relationship with your therapist is essential to creating positive change. Research and my own experience has shown me that the relationship you build with your therapist is the most important factor in benefitting from therapy. I will work with you to develop an atmosphere where you feel safe, comfortable and understood.
I offer couple’s counseling and individual therapy for people seeking to achieve their full personal and professional potential.
Couples Counseling
Each couple has challenges and strengths; I work with couples who are struggling with difficult relationship challenges, who are stuck in a rut, need to improve their communication or those who simply wish to strengthen and deepen their connection to each other.
Couples therapy offers a structured and supportive space to move beyond conflict and disconnection toward deeper understanding and emotional intimacy. Drawing from Imago Relationship Therapy, we explore how past wounds and unmet needs often play out in partnership — not as faults, but as invitations for growth and healing.
In our work together, you’ll learn tools to communicate with curiosity and presence, we’ll slow down reactive cycles and create space for new ways of relating. You’ll learn practical tools for communication and repair, including principles from Nonviolent Communication to help each partner speak and listen with greater empathy, clarity, and care. This work supports not just resolution and acceptance of differences, but a more conscious, connected, and compassionate relationship. We create space for each partner to feel seen, safe, and understood — supporting not only repair, but transformation.
Individual Psychotherapy
-
Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore your inner world at your own pace. Together, we gently work with the thoughts, emotions, body sensations and patterns that shape your experience.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma or relationship challenges, our work centers on building awareness, safety and compassion – not just in the mind but in the body. Healing is possible – not by pushing, but by meeting yourself with care. From this grounded place, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
